Gillespie Flooring Business Destroyed By Fire | News

GILLESPIE, IL (KTVI) – Fire destroyed a Gillespie, Illinois business Monday morning. Nothing but smoke and rubble were left when Bommarito Automotive SkyFOX arrived on the scene of a fire at the Quality Flooring Store.

Water had to be hauled to the site as the business is about 3 miles outside the city limits.

Fire responders arrived on the scene around 8:20 a.m. and several fire crews from nearby cities were called in to help battle the blaze. So far, there is no word on what started the fire or if there were any injuries.
